2. Expert Consultations
Your journey starts with a comprehensive consultation, led by our founder (fitness specialist) and, if you have an underlying health condition then with a medical professional present. Every three months, we’ll sit down together to reassess and adjust your program to evolve with you.
3. Convenient & Accessible App
Your entire routine, in your pocket. With the Zazu App, you can access your personalised program complete with video demonstrations, track all your activity, follow along to our video workouts, and stay connected with our vibrant community—all in one place.
4. Your Accountability Buddy
Consistency is key. That’s why our team checks in with you weekly to keep you on track, celebrate your wins, and provide support whenever you need it. We’re here to answer questions, offer feedback, and ensure we’re moving toward your goals—together.
How It Works
1. Book Your Expert Consultation
Ideally in person if you are in Nairobi, otherwise online through video call. We’ll get to know you, understand your history and ask you to do a few simple movements.
2. Consultation & Fitness Analysis
We get designing, you get ready! You’ll have access to the app at this stage, so explore and get started with our introductory videos.
3. Programme Design
Your personalised programme is ready! We’ll demo it together, check your technique and make sure you have everything you need, to get started.
4. Programme Demo
With your programme, our classes, and community on the app, you’re good to go!
5. Let's Move
We check in regularly to make sure you’re progressing well. Because we care.
